We do not use your data for automated decision-making with legal effects, direct marketing (unless you opt in), or AI model training.

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing only
  • Anthropic, PBC — AI document generation (your questionnaire answers are processed to generate your document)
  • Supabase — secure database hosting in West EU (Ireland)
  • Clerk — authentication services
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Google LLC — analytics (with your consent only)
  • Vercel — platform hosting

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring appropriate security measures.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations:

  • Account data — retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years (UK legal requirement)
  • Generated documents — retained indefinitely as part of your account history (deletable on request)
  • Payment records — retained for 7 years (financial compliance)
  • Analytics data — retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default)

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — request a copy of your personal data
